- In the fees Structure we can add different types of fees Types
Ex: Admission fees, Registration fees, Uniform fee, Bus fee etc.
- From fee master we can add fee types to particular group and assign fee due date to it.
- While enrolling the student we have to check list what type of fees are to be assigned to the student.
- While paying or collecting fees, we can select the ones which we will to pay and the payment can be processed further.
- We can pay the monthly fees by selecting the relevant checkbox or we can also pay the whole fee by selecting all the check boxes all at once.
- In this way we can now pay monthly and yearly fees accordingly.(The same process is followed in student/parent panels too)
